My favourite tree down at Port Credit by Lake Ontario. I don’t have any major edit programs like photoshop I just use the basic freely available Picnik editor in Flickr. I’m finding it interesting to hear just how much editing people do and how many different programs there are – fascinating :0)

I think we ‘purists’ are few and far between! I use Picasa which is VERY basic.
Yes, it seems so doesn’t it? I personally don’t like overprocessing which is probably why I really don’t crave these programs. I just try to take as good a shot as possible. However, I have no problem cropping if necessary to get what I want. That’s one tool I DO use :0)
I want to be spending the time shooting, not the time figuring out a complicated editor. Though, I have seen some awesomely creative works done in them !
Yes so have I seen great stuff. Like all art, it depends on individual taste. I like to experiment now and again too, I just have to do it in a simpler way :0)
Sometimes I’ll take a shot I’m not pleased with, play with it, and occasionally get a nice abstract.
