Lisa, Thanks for the comments. I see what you mean. I had lightened the rocks a little because I felt like there wasn’t enough contrast between them and the valley below – it all seemed to run together. Rookie talking here, but I would have liked it better if there were only 2 boats in the image: The blue/orange boat and the solid yellow. Just seems a bit busy with so many other boats. I like the saturation in the colors.Check It Out

Panoramic landscapeI got my first DSLR camera last August. I am now hooked on this hobby and have lots to learn. I took 3 bracketed shots of this scene and processed in Photomatix. Any constructive feedback would be much appreciated! The photo was taken in Billings, MT.
