@sureshrs, yes and no, it’s not an editing effect. Just different shooting conditions. This was shot under exposed at sundown from underneath towards the sky, soft lit by the sun off to left of frame and highlighted with natural rim light from the soft afternoon sky. @sureshrs – I think @maureenphotographer is probably referring to the fact that the light is shining off the legs making them appear brighter than other parts of the photo. You could use Lightroom or Photoshop to tone down the brightness on the legs.Check It Out

@sureshrs – Yep – you might want to look into getting a polarizing filter or maybe a Neutral Density filter to help with that.
You should also check our your histogram to make sure you’re not losing detail in either the blacks or the white.Check It Out
