Well I admit I did ‘tweak’ the colours a little given it was taken one February morning and the winter sun didn’t quite do it for me. 😉

You do need a fair bit of RAM and fast processor to get the best out of PS – maybe Santa will be kind to you this year. 😉

Ah… never tried that so I have no idea. Only ever created a HDR image with bracketed exposure shots. Can’t see why altering hue/saturation would cause a problem though, but I’m no expert.

How many ‘bracket’ shots are you trying to combine for your HDR?

I didnt bracket the shots at all :(. I adjusted the exposure and the hue/saturation in PS, and saved 3 differently adjusted copies in .jpeg, and reduced each to 15% of the original size (I was just experimenting, and figured a small size would be faster).
I tried the technique out with a different photo, reducing to 10% of original size and just…[Read more]-

Okay, so I just tried with 3 bracketed shots and again PS is hanging 🙁 Maybe I don’t have the processing power.
