Portraits on the Farm
Today was a spectacularly sunny day. The first really wonderful day of the year. You know me, If the weather is nice, I have to go visit the farm.
This first image is of a volunteer blacksmith on the farm.
The second is of a volunteer wood worker. Rob is pretty interesting as he makes hand crafted federal period furniture for a living. You can see some of his work here: http://www.americanfederalperiod.com/
The next two images are of Deb spinning wool into yarn. She is using a drop spindle as well as a spinning wheel.
And of course, there were lots of chickens.
