Does it capture “that” moment in time ? If “its” there, technical results are a second consideration. I`m a dinosaur, (1) I use film (2) I attempt to get it “right in camera”, no faffing around on a computer for me thank you 🙂 Now, where`s me flak jacket?

    • I agree on the aspect of not changing the photo in something like photo shop. I like to be able to do every thing I want to the photo before, I hit the button. But I am not using film. I tried that and waisted a lot of paper. lol.

      • So, what do you do if you can’t get what you want before you hit the button, @jadewing ?
Or you think you’ve got it all and it turns out you didn’t.
Attend a good PS workshop and learn the ropes. Trust me, you will be a convert.

    • @tomdinning, If I don’t get what I whant the first time. I try, then try again. That is what is great about digital. You can see what you did. then you can lern from your mistakes. as one of the other poaster said photography is an art form. It takes practice to become an artist.
