Thanks for the critique. I have just started exploring Photoshop CC and Lightroom so more detailed cropping, cloning etc may be something I apply in future. As it is now that rock was there so its in the image. I was restricted in changing my viewpoint and thus altering the composition, I’d have been paddling up to my waist in fast flowing water – lol.
Exposure time was 15 sec.
The location is at the bottom of a fairly deep ravine, along with a very overcast day and tree cover along the ravine ridge lines limited direct light.
Also it was my first attempt at long exposure in daylight..

Almost looks abandoned, nowhere to go, a lost cause. If the rotors where turning then that changes the perspective completely and the original framing statement would stand.
Forgot to resize image though doh!
