Good catch about the tree on the top left. I took this very quickly as I was riding my bike and didn’t have a lot of time to think about this photo. I was thinking of the clouds, when I took this photo, but thanks for your thoughts and ideas.
Good thoughts. I took this very quickly as I was riding my bike and didn’t have a lot of time to think about this photo. I like the foreground though because it kind of frames the picture. I was thinking of the clouds, when I took this photo, but it was a fast shot. I leveled it in Lightroom, but I needed to do some more.
Don’t know if this is where I ask this question, but I tried to take pictures of smoke. I’m using a sony A6300, with an iso at 100, aperture 9.0 ( and also 6.3), at 1/250 and 1/160 in a dark bathroom. Using incense, and with a black background, and using flashlight to highlight the smoke, I took photos and they all came out completely black. Any ideas about what happened and suggestions what I could do would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks – it’s funny. I tried to straighten it in light room with the “auto” straight line and it responded that it couldn’t be done. Of course I could have straightened it manually, but decided to leave it as.
Taken at the kitchen counter.
This is a simple bowl with some fruit in it, taken with a white background. I like it because it’s so simple, without any distractions taking away from the subject.
