On the Hudson River. Guess Aphrodite is a ten!Ten-6b.jpg by JayCee on Light StalkingTo paraphrase an old song, every picture does tell a story but there are times when a narrative helps! lol
Diane…Love the car and love the color!
Love the pic. Is your little friend waiting for Big Bird?
This one is strange enough to give an explanation. Me and a buddy took a cross country road trip in 2011. We decided to get off the main road to get to the northern part of the California coast road(Cal Rt 1). We had to go over a mountain road populated by logging trucks. Before we began the descent I looked at the GPS and this is what I saw. Had to have been a GPS blind spot. Yes that’s 836 feet below sea level!

I actually live in the Mid Hudson Valley in NY. I’m lucky enough to be able to visit friends in Fla and you’re quite right it is a treat to be able to visit and get the occasional good shot. Here is a shot I took out the back window of my house last Sept.
Frank, It was shot with a Nikon D610 and a Tamron 70-300 zoom. ISO 800, 1/4sec, F5.6, 300mm.

Why Thank you Frank!! It was pretty spectacular to see. The fun lasted for about a half an hour. Many have noticed the horse head. Here is one more.

My solution was to keep a text file in the album/folder where the pics are stored with the changes I’ve made to those images. Nothing too detailed but enough to help remember and no paper to keep track of. With as many pictures as we all take, we need all the help we can get.
