Hi, I have just joined this group because I have been desperate for some honest feedback on my photographs. I love taking photos but I am sure most of them are only fit for the bin as I came to this hobby rather later in life than most of you.
Anyway, the only thing that concerns me is that from my knowledge of working extensively with training, I know people learn through feedback. However, this shouldn’t be all negative. All the evidence shows that the PIN approach works best. Positive, informative and then negative. In this way, we won’t become too disheartened too quickly.
