@mirek-krejci-photography thanks for saying I’m cool – I must tell my wife about that, she’ll laugh herself to stitches! Don’t worry about the loss of followers, they come and go depending on the phase of the moon. I see I have 44 at the moment – I did not even think we’ve had that many members!
Hey @admin, now that ‘you guys’ have scrapped a…[Read more]

@mirek-krejci-photography the best is not to be too dependent on one site because when it’s down then you’re down. I simply spend more time on another (well established) photography forum when this one is in trouble and return when the dust has settled and the blood has dried.
‘Leaving’ this forum permanently is not an option because you only…[Read more]

I am one of the old-timers @mirek-krejci-photography, and as @aarongeis said, if you work with Rob @admin, like the majority of us do then we will make this the best site we can. It is forever evolving, and yes bugs creep in from time to time. You won’t upset anyone by reporting them, as long as your approach and intent are reasonable. I have…[Read more]

The site is pretty straight forward for me, although lately, I have only had trouble with the password issue. @admin and @mirek-krejci-photography, if you click FRIENDS ACTIVITY, there is a link at top that says PERSONAL to see your own. Or click ALL ACTIVITY and there is a @name to see where you are mentioned. Thanks @admin for being a real…[Read more]

@mirek-krejci-photography – The thing is, your rant doesn’t really give me anything I can change.
I have logged in with a new account on a new browser – uploading an image was straight forward. Sharing it on the Shark Tank was straight forward.
I don’t see any popups (follow or sign up) and I haven’t had any complaints about other people…[Read more]

@mirek-krejci-photography Don’t get me wrong, I am a complete novice when it comes to computer stuff. But I don’t have a problem at all. The only reason I say this is that you must have a drama with something other than the site. I think that’s what I mean anyway. Just trying to help trouble shoot.Check It Out

Hi, @mirek-krejci-photography , the MAX width for an uploaded photo is 500 pixels, if you would like a larger photo to be seen, then it’s best to provide a link……to your website, or Flickr, etc. thanksCheck It Out

Ya, this is a tough one – the fact that @evn1ngstar, @mirek-krejci-photography, and @nikon-nut are all experiencing different things makes it more likely that this is a computer settings issue than a site issue. Am finding it very difficult to replicate.

Hmmm – thanks @evn1ngstar and @mirek-krejci-photography – I will look into it to see what is causing it to show so often.

I can’t say I really understand suggesting a black and white conversion when @mirek-krejci-photography specifically stated that he is over “high contrast black and whites of older people” and thus avoids it…
Anyway, this is street photography, not portraiture, context is important. The many bright colours of the scene give us a sense of where…[Read more]
