I admire the repetitive lines. The photo has a clear and smooth look involving the windows which are not casting no reflection from distraction.

Good morning everyone. In order to use the Lightroom presets, do I need to download or purchase Lightroom?
When I downloaded the presets, I could not open them. I am still navigating this sight and I think I am dilariously behind.
