Allows Edits? YesAmazing photo, Lenny. Technical aspects don’t matter. Gesture/story prevails everything.

Allows Edits? Yes@Beth : no, it’s not a squat. The light was fantastic and the silhouette against that light catched my attention imediately.
@Rob : thanks Rob.
@Jasenka: thanks. This was one of the rare occassions you see the image immediately.

Allows Edits? YesA. What do you think is the subject of this photo? “Landscape”
B. Which grabs your eye the most? “Overall image. The lighthouse itself is too small and dark to grab my attention.”
C. What picture elements led you to your choice of subject? “No one – only whole image”
D. Does the person detract from the lighthouse aa a subject ? “Not at all. The person is invisible”Does the lighthouse set the environment in which the person is shown? IE does the lighthouse add meaning to the person of does it compete pictorially? “Person is too small for me to have any meaning.”
E. What story comes to our mind? “No story. Landscape is in shadow. Person is too small. The bottom line of the sea is distracting.”
