Thanks, @redmustang. You mentioned the absence of the “heavy-handedness” of HDR processing in this picture. In general I think that when folks talk about a bad HDR image, they are speaking about the unreal and contrasty edges in the details of the image. @fidelito, I shot at 1/60 and the lens I used was a 18-55mm lens (Canon EF). I do have some other similar shots but I wasn’t happy with those because the focus is off in areas of the flower.
