@bb548 – I agree with @timhanko – you probably need to up the exposure and try to get a little more detail in the shadows of the structure.Check It Out

I have to agree with @timhanko. You have captured the way the light falls on the carved wood well. And the processing is pretty good too with variance in grey shades between the black and white. But in the end the image is not very interesting. You have succeeded, however, if your goal was merely to document play of light on the object.Check It Out

Hi, @timhanko. What I noticed in the first glance (apart from the awesome view!) is that photograph has a bluish cast. The shadows are also a bit too dark. A little local contrast enhancement as well as a boost in vibrance/saturation will also help the image pop!
