Personally, I think it is a little busy. My eye goes immediately to the black thing in the center of the picture. It takes away from the overall feeling. Maybe if you cropped it to portrait and brought in the tree on the right it would enhance the overall effect of the shot.

Remove the antenna from the roof, lighten up the shaded side of the house, and allow the top op the tree to come in to view

Maybe 1/2 a click on the exposure would lighten up the edges

I would have moved to the right and shot down the face of all the boats, with the background of the sailboats. Moving to the right would eliminate the bare grey rocks.
