Once again, I can’t get the image to show up! Would someone walk me through it?

    • @dianasanzone
Question 1: Where are your images stored?

      • As far as I know, in my Album page.

        • I can’t believe I did that. I just deleted my reply. I’ll have another go.
I mean at home. Most of us use a Flickr account where we store the images we want to place on LS. It seems to be fool proof and even I find it easy.

          • Lets asssume you don’t have a Flickr account.
            Open one.
When you have that sorted, upload a photo to your photostream. The instructions are easy to follow. Its probably a good idea if you are using a free account to keep your images to a about 200-300kb otherwise you can choke up your account pretty quick.
Once you have the image in the Photostream on Flickr, click on the image and above the image some headings will appear. One says ‘Share this’.
Click on the arrow to the right and go to ‘Grab the html/BBCode’. This next bit is important. Make sure its the html button that is highlighted.
Click on the html code that opens up and it should all be selected. Copy it.
Now go back to LS and paste that code into the message box.
If that doesn’t work, I’ll have to come over and show you. When are you home?

            • Thank you, so much, Tom for the step-by-step. If I find I can’t figure things out, I’ll ask my husband to help me. And regarding your question, do you live anywhere near Brooklyn, NY?!

              • Somehow I took you or a Brooklyn girl.
Might take me some time to get there. Keep dinner arm for me.
Ask your husband!!! That’s a risk. My experience with husband’s (being one is sufficient experience) is they say they know the answer when most of the time they make it up as they go. It used to work for me until I married someone smarter than me. She now bipasses me or the ‘expert’. Such is a husband’s life.

                • You poor thing. Husbands have a difficult life. As for mine, he really does understand this stuff. He’s my resident techie (spelling?). And how did you take me for a Brooklyn girl?!

    • Mo, you’re a genius! Next time I post, I’ll give it a try. Thanks!
