  Vicki C here! Recently decided it was time to give a serious try at photography after a year of self taught review of theory (youtube videos and book purchase)…limited funds purchased Canon T6 with kit lenses and now trying to apply theory to practice. Decided to join Lightstalking Projects and using Challenges as my “assignments”. Submitted my first challenge Landscape-Telephoto. 3 images and discovered once I got home was using wrong fstop…hope to get out again this week and find another subject this time using the correct fstop for proper depth and get the entire scene in focus! Please feel free to critique my images…need to know!

  Thank you Dahlia! Really looking forward to participating in the Shark Tank once I capture some images that do not have obvious newbie mistakes! I know they say we are our worse critic…have decided to create a little card to carry with a checklist to try and avoid those silly mistakes and also will allow more time while out to maybe try and get the shot right the first try!   Thank you Jasenka! In a financial situation unable to enroll at this time into any “formal” courses or workshops that include assignment review so would really appreciate true critique on my images…finding out really quick that theory is one thing but getting out there and actually using (remembering)what to do in order to capture what you see is a whole different thing!
