I feel that the houses, the tugboats and the barge are the really interesting parts of this image – I would have suggested framing a little wider and/or to the right to include the white tugboat. The white car is a bit distracting – I wonder if you could have hidden it by choosing a slightly different shooting position.

Also, the horizon feels quite tilted here. I realize this is probably due to several factors, but twisting the entire image clockwise would help to stabilize it visually

Thanks for the feedback guys. This campaign is really trying for some crisp, arresting sharpness, but I will also look into softening it up a bit.

The dark foreground is also intentional to provide background for text and graphics (starting with the logo as it is)

Maybe it could use a bit of burn, and I definitely agree about the flash on the branches on the right.

Compositionally, the tree branch in the top- middle of the frame is quite distracting from the very strong left to right curve you have going in thge silhouette. It pulls away much of the strength of the main building, as well as interrupting the otherwise “empty” negative space in the sky.

Like others have mentioned, I also really find myself wanting some kind of detail in the shadows to make the image really sing, but I understand that you are trying specifically for the silhouette.

In that case I believe removing the tree branch in the middle would make for a MUCH stronger clearer silhouette.
