Sorry, I didn’t see you had posted this afterward. Yes, this brings us closer, but I still have very little sense of the pier. I can’t tell if it’s burnt out, or under construction. The photo would work to accompany a story describing what the pier once was, and the catastrophic fire that left it ‘derelict.’ By itself, not so much.
