This is fun picture.  It’s like watching a slow motion train wreck but with boats.  I like the perspective.  Would perhaps crop this to a 3×2 aspect.  I don’t think you lose the effect of the image and might even enhance it.  Seems overly wide IMHO.

This is a beautiful scene and the slow shutter helps to set the mood.  This is more of a stylistic comment, but a little more contrast would enhance the drama, particularly in the sky.  The color tones are soothing with them being on the blue side.  Well done!

This is an excellent still life.  The composition is well balanced and the color tones are pleasing.  Nice soft shadows also.  I would perhaps like a little more contrast by slightly opening the shadows and deepening the blacks.  Very nice work!

This is a great moment and the title suits in perfectly.  The composition is well balanced and it has a fun and pleasing feeling.  I have nothing to add that would improve this.  Well done.

ISO 6400, 30 seconds.  The light below is light polution from distant towns.  No light on the road.  I just opened the shadows and adjusted the white balance separately and applied a little noise reduction.

Having looked at your website, you have a nice eye which will improve with more practice.  There is a general lack of sharpness that pervades your images.  Get on a tripod for landscape work.  It’s a must.  Make sure you are focused on the eyes of your subjects.  That’s the most critical for any animal or person.  Color saturation and contrast is a matter of taste.  Your style is more documentary based on your work.  Try not to put your subject in the middle of the frame.

This is the type of picture you see in a biology article.  It shows the subject, but isn’t really artistic.  That’s fine if that’s the intention.  It could could be a little sharper.  The colors are very natural, which fits with more of a biological display.

Excellent timing and a good sharp capture.  The white balance seems to have a little too much green when looking at the water and the feathers.  Maybe a little magenta to balance it out, or also warm it up a little.  I would apply a local adjustment to just the water to unsharpen it so the birds stand out more.

It’s hard to point the lack of sharpness.  It could be just a bit of shake being handheld, even at 1/800th.  It could be the autofocus is off just enough on the shot.  Could be one or both.  Typically when I’m handheld, the faster the shutter the better.  My minimum shooting ISO on my 7D is II is 500.  I don’t go below that as I would rather have it tack sharp with a touch of noise than nonsharp with no noise.  Hope that helps.

The reflection is wonderful, which I see as the main feature of this image.  If you’re in bulb mode and the water is that still, perhaps just increase the time of the exposure, but that will effect how the clouds look, which will become more streaky.  As noted previously, always turn off your IS if your taking an exposure longer than second on a tripod.  Never mind what the manual says.  You’re better off turning it off.  If longer exposure is not an option, increase the ISO.  You’re better off getting a proper exposure at a higher ISO than opening up an underexposed picture.  I don’t see any lens flare.

The light and contrast seem fine.  Perhaps a little more on the stem in the fading area, but not much.  The color is a little intense.  Might suggest reducing the saturation to bring the focus more on the textures, light and shadows.

I agree with the above comments.  It was probably great driving by and seeing this scene, but the question becomes what are you trying to accomplish with the photograph?  The lighting is flat which impairs the ability to add depth.  If the interest was the snow geese, I longer lens would have been the solution to isolate them against the colorful field.

We tend to read left to right, so the second image flows better for me.  I like the textures in the trunk, and would perhaps have focused in tighter to accentuate them and make somewhat of a natural abstract.

Really nice rim lighting.  Like the hint of detail in the shadow areas of the face.  I might have let the background go all black.
