Thanks @reynolds, glad you like it! This effect could be created in Photoshop CC/CS* with some work but I’ve never used Elements so can’t answer that one.

Hi, @reynolds. That’s a beautiful sky you’ve got there! Keeping the horizon on the lower third of the height would make for a better composition, by eliminating some of the featureless foreground at the bottom here. Honestly, @reynolds, this photo was taken long enough ago that I have no recollection of why I took it the way I did. I am sure there was some reason for it or perhaps given that this was a candid photo taken at an even where everyone was moving around and not paying attention to me at all, I just didn’t have time to think about it.
