I normally favor black and white images, but here the cool light works better. Great image!
I love it – the subject, composition, and even the colors! What might help is if you took an additional photo focusing on one barber cutting a customer’s hair.
I also love the image but would also like to see a black and white version of it. Great job though!

This guy helped me quite a bit by being so handsome.
About the image, I love it with his book and cigarette looking at the camera but not posing. I don’t think the man in red helps the photo and would cop him out. But, all around, great photo.
I also like this version Lenny. I guess I was trying to show juxtapositions of working vs. homelessness, purpose vs. aimlessness, etc. Sometimes you capture the image, sometimes you fall short. Oh well. I took some other photos of this guy too.
I took this in Portland, Ore. in one of my first forays into street photography. The gentleman on the right granted me permission to take his picture.

I got a new tripod today and wanted to try it out. Aperture 6.3, shutter speed 1/500, and ISO 400. It may be a bit noisy.
I’m not sure I would crop the image. I like how there is room for the ball to go – if that makes sense. I would blur or replace the background. Overall, fantastic image. PS: I’m pretty new to photography so don’t necessarily take my comments to heart. ✌️?
Great photo! If you have photoshop, you could replace the sky with something better. Just a suggestion.
