  Have no time for LS since I am trying to finish my film. Many logistical problems (like I have to shoot in Sobibor, which is 1 mile located from the Ukrainian border and because of the tension between Russia and the west, a 7-mile zone along the Polish/Bellarus/Ukranian border is militarized and closed off. ) I still need to go there because it is going to be the final scene of my documentary, AND there is a final bradcast date, May 22nd.

  Erik, I’m sure film will be a winner. Bummer that the situation is such that it is making the final scenes difficult and unsettling. Hoping you get it done and get out of there quickly.

  Hi Rob, Erik, everyone, good to see some familiar faces! Putin has won. NATO in disarray. Russia military starting to withdraw from the boarders. All without a shit fired.
  
  Erik I have a few Ukrainian friends. One is ex Ukrainian Major, working with me in Baghdad. The other is the dad of a friend of mine. He’s former Government, and senior. My network is yours if either of these are of use in getting the permissions you need, or the practical minder / fixer piece on the ground.
