    Hi Patrick – check out this tutorial I did. My setup is a little different now as I use a single studio strobe (with FREEZE setting), rather than two speedlights, but you get the idea.
    
    For these shots I used the SplashArt II kit, but there are many others out there. I use the MIOPS one regularly, and for the price it is a fantastic unit.
