  great b&w tones and framing. i love that it’s squared up, the horizontal lines are truly horizontal and the vertical lines are truly vertical. if i were shooting, i would have moved the window a little further to the left side of the frame and shown more of the graffiti on the right.

  Great composition and perfect tonal range! I sort of agree with Beth; maybe I would show a bit more of the graffiti.

    Thank you Beth and Jasenka , i agree with you guys on the graffiti and i was torn between keeping more showing or not , i decided not to include it because in all honesty i was reading some stuff and it was saying not to have the scene( in general ) too busy , Trying to find the right balance on what to include or not is tricky , thanks so much folks i appreciate your thoughts and ideas a lot 🙂

      I agree, including too many words (graffiti) can actually look busy and make the subject appear less prominent.

    Yes of course Lenny i have a 1:1 crop of this as well , it was hard to pick one to post but i went with this slightly more going on version , Thanks for your thoughts as ever 🙂

  I am only looking at your image on my phone, but I really liked it when I zoomed in and see the man up closer and only blackness of the window. Unless the graffiti somehow related to the man, I do not miss seeing it all. That man is a very interesting subject.
