Hello and thanks for sharing.
ISO and shutter speed are too high.
There are no fast moving objects since the traffic light is red and the cars are waiting. Would have gone with maybe 1/200 and bring the ISO down.
All the best.
Hello Vincenzo,
I would have cropped the photo and made the clouds more dramatic.
Quick edit here:
Have a good day.

Hello and thanks for sharing.
I’m not so sure about that HDR like editing done to the photo. Would also desaturate the green from the trees which are pretty distracting.
All the best.
Graham thanks for your eagle eye pointing out the hand and body language.
JasenkaG, thanks for your feedback and the composition advice.
Petr and P71, thanks for your encouraging words.
I tried the BW version because the original had to strong shadows on her skin. Below my latest try in color following your feedback.
Less harsh highlights and background separation.
I’m not sure about the floor. The carpet has moved and you can see the folds. The floor might also be too bright.
All the best to you guys.
I tried another version in BW. I feel that the face and left shoulder are too white compared to the rest. Might be just an optical illusion.
Any thoughts?
Many thanks for your help!
All the best.
Thanks a lot. The veil is supposed to lead into the photo. With the light is tricky because I noticed it too late. 🙂
🙂 Many thanks for all your feedback. Will rework. Have a great day.
Hello,
The best way to improve is to engage with your subject. Get in contact, talk and then take the photo.
Yes you can improve an the technical side but that is just a mean/tool for a higher purpose.
Photography is not neither about the object nor the photographer. It’s about their co-creation, the merging of the two into one. 🙂
All the best.

Thank you very much Rob.
Thanks you very much for your kind words.
Manny thanks Graham and Lenny for your feedback. Much appreciated.
Have a good day.
Thank you very much for all you valuable feedback.
Graham, now that you pointed the hair out it bothers me too. 🙂
Rob, will try to up the white. Was a bit on the safer side with my edit since I’m a PS beginner and saw some bad examples on YT.
Mistyisle thanks for your advise. I tried that rotation as well. In any case I think a made a posing error.
Beth, indeed would have been better if she didn’t turn her front outwards but inwards.
Dahlia, thanks for you friendly welcome. Will see if I can crop differently.
All the best and have a good day.
Hello Pat,
Thanks for sharing your beautiful photo. I have nothing to add to improve it. I felt rather inspired to crop it into a different mode.
It dropped in quality but it shows the whole scenery from a different angle.
Many thanks and have a wonderful day.
All the best.
Hello,
With digital photography, how to be afraid of anything? What’s to loose given the undo function.
All the best.
Not for me. :o)
Thanks for sharing.
Must have been exciting to take the shots. If it was mine, I would increase the exposure, contrast, vibrance, open up the shadows, reduce black. You are loosing somehow the colors ins the sky and in the reflection on the water. You can get much more colors out of that sky. Don’t cover all with darkness :o)
All the best.
Thanks to all comments so far. Very helpful and actually motivated me to dive deeper into LR :o)
Nice outcome. Always something to discover. If it was my shot I would play with increased contrast and individual color saturation to highlight certain elements (red and green).
All the best.
