When I first saw this, the coloured version did not load for some reason. Out of the two, I too like the BW edit the most 🙂

I like the second one more Patrick because it has deeper blacks which enhance the suggested struggle. The head silhouette juxtaposes with the text very powerfully. I think it has a very strong theme to it. An anonymous man faced with a decision to make.

If I was to suggest anything it would be about positioning. Maybe get his shoulders into the shot and lose the black bar across the bottom. It feels like it disconnects the head from the text a bit. But that’s being super picky cos I really like the concept a lot. Great creativity mate.

Hi Graham , Thanks very much for the nice feedback mate regarding the shoulders position the chair i was sitting in was a high back chair and was not ideal for the shot but it was all i had at the time i was also very tight on space due to the lens choice being 50mm and the overall distance i had to work in ( small bedroom ) these are all things i can change in future shots for sure mate , when i shot this  my tripod was up close to the door and viewing the resulting shots on the LCD was awkward to say the least i have ordered a tethering cable and that should help with reviewing images on a separate monitor .. Thanks so much appreciate the feedback ..Tis the only way to improve at the end of the day 🙂

The black and white is my preferred version as well Federico , it was a fun little experiment to do and would like to continue playing around with some props and ideas 🙂
