  Light Stalking is a place filled with visual delights; and occasionally, we get honoured with clear expressions of absolute talent! For our POTW, we picked @elax’s magnificent shot, a monochrome silhouette filled with deep tones and a skilled composition.

  The image was taken in the High Atlas mountains of Morocco last September the 7th, the day before the great earthquake. At that time we were travelling in the area of the epicenter of the quake, in and around the villages that suffered the worst damage. On the evening of the next day we had reached the Skoura oasis, about 150 km to the east of the epicenter, so we suffered only a minor scare and some scratches. Oh boy we were so lucky.

  I really loved Morocco.
  
  Of course, my AE-1 completely ate its own face and kept clicking away without exposing a single frame of the film.
  
  So I have mixed emotions about the trip in general. But the country was great.
